Government’s eye on the property of fake companies

Those who grab the property of the people by creating fake company all over the country are no longer well. In this case, the central government has become very strict and the state governments will soon take possession of the assets that have been deprived of such fraud. In this regard, the central government has also given its green signal to the states to seize such properties. According to the information, more than 2 lakh fake companies are on the target of the government due to this order. The state government will soon investigate their properties. Regarding the assets of more than 2 lakh fake companies in the country, the Center has directed the state governments to investigate the properties of all the suspected companies and stop any kind of transactions with immediate effect by them. In fact, the Registrar of Companies has canceled the licenses of millions of companies under the Companies Act. For this, PP Chaudhary, Minister of State for Corporate Affairs and Law and Justice Ministry, held a meeting with representatives of all state governments. In this meeting, Union Minister Chaudhary told the representatives of the State Governments that the details of the lands have been computerized all over the country and in such a situation it should not be late to find out the properties of the fake company. He said that such a person should keep a close watch on the suspicious assets of fake companies, as well as completely ban the transactions of the directors and authorized signatures of the company and also share the information of this entire matter with the central government. It is worth mentioning that the Central Government had identified 2 lakh 10 thousand fake companies in the country and canceled their registration and at present, the Central Government is also eyeing their illegal properties. For this investigation, the Center has also included the district administration of the states.
