Newbie of The Real Housewives of Dallas Dr. Tiffany Moon hinted on social media that she may be quitting the show. She modified her Twitter account in a way that left fans questioning her housewives’ future. The star admitted earlier in the year that her busy schedule as an anesthesiologist may prevent her from returning for a second season. Moon’s fans were hesitant to believe their beloved reality star would pull the plug on her housewives’ spotlight.
Moon joined The Real Housewives of Dallas ahead of its fifth season. She became the show’s first Asian cast member. Many believed her casting to be a direct response to Dallas OG Brandi Redmond’s alarming scandal related to Asian-Americans. The doctor quickly became a fan favorite by handling the Redmond situation with grace and opening up about her life. However, Moon engaged in some peculiar Twitter activity, leaving fans worried about her Bravo future.

“Good morning everyone, it’s time for a change” tweeted the star, “Have a wonderful day.” The tweet was accompanied by a sultry photo of the star. The post did not raise any red flags by itself but it was accompanied by a change to Moon’s Twitter bio as well. The freshman housewife wrote “Previous Cast Member #RHOD S5” in her bio. The word previous was not there originally and left fans wondering if she had quit the show. She has since taken the eyebrow raising word out of her bio.
Moon’s costar D’Andra Simmons posted a tweet fueling the conspiracy. “Sisters for life” tweeted Simmons, “nothing will break the beautiful bond we have together”. The sentiment was accompanied by a sweet selfie of the friends from the latest season of their show. Its proximity to Moon’s own post made it seem more reflective of the past, as if Moon was not returning.
The mysterious Moon posts come on the heels of the star being targeted by co-star Kameron Westcott’s family on social media. Westcott’s husband Court tweeted at Moon claiming anti-racism was indeed racism. “I don’t understand how many of you patients would be comfortable with you treating them with your open vile racism,” said the short house husband. Moon had checked Westcott for problematic behavior regarding race during the show’s season 5 reunion.
The Real Housewives of Dallas recently wrapped its fifth season to a mediocre fan reaction. Fans loved Moon but felt the way the other wives treated her made the season a little too dark. The reunion did have some upsides including Redmond addressing her husband’s cheating scandal. Hopefully, Moon has not quit the show because it is unclear if the show could survive her absence.
