CHENNAI: Some police officers in Tamil Nadu, who were on compulsory wait, got postings on Tuesday.

Former Special Branch-CID wing superintendent of police (SP) M Pandian, who was kept on compulsory wait after AIADMK assumed power for the second consecutive term in May, has been posted as SP of Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB), according to the orders issued by principal secretary Apurva Varma.

Former Organised Crime Intelligence Unit SP S Saravanan has been posted as SP, Coimbatore city traffic.

Zia-ul Haque has been posted as the enforcement wing SP, Salem, in the existing vacancy.

Saroj Kumar Thakur has been posted as SP of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption wing, southern range, in the existing vacancy.

V Sasi Mohan has been posted as the deputy commissioner of police (DCP), Chennai city traffic wing east zone, in the existing vacancy.

Nisha Parthipan has been posted as SP, enforcement wing, Chennai.

R Thirunavukarasu has been posted as the assistant inspector-general of police, law and order, in the existing vacancy.

M R Sibi Chakaravarthy has been posted as SP, special task force, Erode, in the existing vacancy.

P Aravindhan has been appointed as DCP of traffic wing of Chennai city south zone.

M Rajarajan has been posted as SP, Virudhunagar.

J Loganathan has been posted as SP of Pudukottai district in the existing vacancy.
